So my buddy had a party last night, that was broken up by the cops because of loud music. Which is all reasonable. So I’m forced to leave the party by these asshole cops (i intended on staying there the night because i had been drinking). Apparently i wasn’t aloud to stay there so I start walking down the street on my cellphone trying to find a ride. Mind you, I’m of legal age to drink but I didn’t want to drive away while the cops were there because I didn’t want to get a DWI or anything, plus my house is way out of walking distance from the party. 3-4 cops pull up on the corner that I was on (down the road from the party) jump out of their cars talking about “didn’t we ask you all to leave?” so I’m the closest one to the cops kinda standing there by my self and this chick police officer, who happens to be a huge bitch, grabs me, tries to like slam me on the hood of her car, cuffs me, totally treats me like I’m resisting, the entire time I’m laughing because she is so serious. Probably why she was so angry, but still…
So now I’m going to jail in the back of the cop car, asking what my charges were (i still haven’t been read my miranda rights) the officer tells me to “sit back and shut the fuck up” … finally get the station and booked to learn that I was arrested for disorderedly conduct, which was news to me, being that i wasn’t being disorderedly at all…but whatever
While I’m at the station, and the officers are discussing my arrest, the bitch is lying already, saying that she asked me to leave the party numerous times, and I didn’t want to leave, which was bullshit. She also said she arrested me at the party, but like I said I was down the street walking away.
It’s going to be interesting to see what this officer says in court for the reason I was arrested, like shes going to have to lie, in order for her to make sense out of her arrest.
Anyways i was treated like a total criminal, when I didn’t break any laws, I wish I had a bunch of money to hire a lawyer and sue them..but I don’t so I guess I’ll just complain about it, just sad how corrupt our law enforcement is.
I live next door to the mayor of our city, Vince Anello. I think I’m going to stop over there one day soon and let him know what happened to me, I don’t expect him to do me any favors or even take any actions on my specific case, but maybe the mayor would like to learn how his local police officers handle business. odds are he doesn’t care, but who does ?
